1. Service Provision: Roadside Wichita LLC ("the Company") offers roadside assistance services to individuals and businesses in Wichita, Kansas, and surrounding areas. These services include but are not limited to fuel delivery, jump-starts, tire changes, and vehicle lockout assistance.

2. Service Eligibility: Services are available to individuals with valid driver's licenses and vehicle registrations. Commercial and fleet vehicles may also be eligible for service, subject to prior arrangement and agreement.

3. Service Fees: Service fees are determined based on the type of assistance required and the distance traveled by the service vehicle. Fees are communicated to the customer prior to the provision of service and must be paid in full upon completion of service.

4. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of its services, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct on the part of the Company or its employees.

5. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their location and the nature of their roadside emergency. Customers must also ensure the safety of themselves, their passengers, and their vehicles while awaiting assistance.
